TPM in Madeira

Our last TPM was held in Madeira, Portugal on 03-04 September, 2023. Representatives of our partner organisaitons came together to finalize the arrangements for our MEs and also check the functining of the Project outputs. Also, the TPM was important for us to plan our future activities to manage dissemination and sustainability of our project.

Here is a brief summary of the activity;

A brief introduction to some of the important aspects of the project was the focus of this meeting between partners. As this was the final meeting, it was very important to focus on a few key points
The final tasks to be carried out by each partner were explained.
The results of the project that had been produced and some changes to be made were discussed.
Some changes were also suggested to improve the app and the website and to trim some of the edges in order to improve the results.
Guidance was given on important aspects to be included in the final report and some guidelines for completing certain documents.
Important tasks for the multiplier events were also mentioned.
A summary evaluation of the project was made by all the partners.
