TPM in Lithuania

We held our Kick Off Meeting in Lithuania

First TPM (Kick Off Meeting) of our project was held in Lithuania between 28 February-01 March, 2021.
2 representatives from partner organisations joined the meeting. During the meeting, we also had online communication with other project members in partner organisations.

Here is the summary of our first TPM

Summary TPM in Lithuania  

● A brief introduction to some of the important aspects of the project. 

● The tasks to be carried out by each partner were explained.

● Discussions were held on the project deliverables to be produced. 

● Guidance was given on the financial conditions and the documents on which the partnership is based were handed over. 

● The risk management plan was discussed and suggestions made for its improvement.

● A calendar of events and activities was drawn up and committed to.
