This app is one of the first time a mobile application for accessible OER has been developed and here lies its innovative value. The application is available in Lithuanian, Turkish,Portugese, Romanian, Greek and English. Its features include: Practical Toolkits and Guides for event management, taking quizzes, assessments, games, on-line surveys, document sharing, the opportunity to build a collaborative knowledge base and a multimedia content library, and it provides access to content and assignments off-line.
